Mission Statement

Greenspoint HOA is committed to maintain the grounds of the Greenspoint community and enforce the applicable guidelines for homeowners written in the bylaws.

Dues

Dues are $200 annually and mandatory for all homeowners in the Greenspoint Estates property. The association uses the dues for landscaping and maintenance of common areas such as property front, and to pay utility bills for property front lighting and irrigation system.

Annual Meetings

The association holds annual member meetings in the month of December.
